RPM Health Club member Phillipe Jarry has been working with his personal trainer Khun A to improve is form and function for triathlon training and his golf game over the last few years. Phillipe joined the club because he had back pain (not good for either of his sporting loves) so went through our assessment protocol available to all members and we found that his back pain was caused by poor hip mobility and shoulder restrictions. He also and wanted nutritional specifics to help with performance, energy and over all health.
ince joining RPM Health Club, he has learned how to understand his body and knows what to do to reduce ain free. More importantly he has learned how to train for performing without aggravating his body. Typical fitness centers and gyms may never have assessed the problem in the first place. Having internationally qualified trainers in Phuket that know what they are doing, means achieving real health and performance goals becomes a reality at the club.
