NEW EXERCISE CLASS – YIN FLEXIBILITY FOCUS
This is a class for anyone wishing to improve connective tissue elasticity (ligaments, tendons, fascia) especially in the hips, pelvis, lower spine and shoulders while also developing long term strength around the joints and bones. Yin flexibility is seated or lying based and requires slow movements with long holds and breathe control / meditation to foster calmness and improved flexibility.
NEW EXERCISE CLASS – DANCERXISE
‘Move your booty’ and ‘shake that thing’ like your performing in the latest MTV dance video. This class inspires you to let go, have fun and learn some funky dance moves so that you can ‘strut your stuff’. Dance, hip-hop, street, dance.
NEW EXERCISE CLASS – BODY CHALLENGE
A fast intense circuit style class utilizing body weight movement patterns and escape fitness equipment to challenge strength, power and core endurance. Challenge your body today.
