Not only is getting stronger imperative to good health it ensures you don’t waste away into flab as the years pass by! Lifting weights (or using Power Plate) also ensures your bone structure and joint integrity remains strong and stable for years to come.
There is a misconception that only body builders lift weights. In fact, many smaller and ‘light’ athletes like figure skaters lift weights to improve their body shape and their function. We remind everyone that weight training is at the core of your immune system and your metabolism, so get into the club and get stronger today. Another misconception is that it takes time. If you know what you are doing and have a good support team or personal program that suits your stress levels internally and externally you can improve your strength, energy and body shape with as little as 10 Minutes a few times per week.
